Lount Corporation
Lount Corporation was breaking ground on Conrad House, a new luxury apartment project in Winnipeg’s Osbourne Village. They wanted to create a special web presence for the building to show off it’s potential and attract prospective tenants. Together, Sagetree and Lount Corporation established a design language evoking the classic architectural illustration style of the 60’s. This classic meets modern style really works, especially coupled with the custom illustration work done for this project.
In keeping with the design language we established, we worked with architectural illustrator Brian McFarland of Pronghorn Studio in Denver to bring to life a beautiful illustration of the completed building. The illustration set off the perfect look and feel for the rest of the site, and the entire project was a great success for the client.
The illustration also featured prominently on the large billboard occupying the building site in Osbourne Village.
