The Privacy Rights Clearinghouse (PRC) mission is to engage, educate and empower individuals to protect their privacy.
The times they are a-changing. PRC is attracting a younger audience. Many of whom only have a phone to access to the Internet. The original PRC website was more than 10 years old. Its look and feel was tired and outdated. It was not device responsive. The nonprofit needed to have a site to reach all demographics, especially young and lower income consumers highly susceptible to identity theft.
Through the discovery, design and architecture phases we worked closely with the PRC team to make sure we knew what their organizational goals were; what results they wanted to generate; who the different users and stakeholders were; what additional features were needed; how the SEO would be configured; and more.
